the red horse speaks provides solution-focused, experiential training, working with horses to a huge variety of clients including large multinational corporate clients across all industries, local authorities, schools and education authorities, charities and public sector bodies. We can offer fun, incentive half-day sessions or more serious, solution-focused day long events. It is necessary to differentiate between the two as day long training involves significantly more facilitation and coaching from us as well as enhanced learning and ‘take-home' skills for participants. the red horse speaks programmes are not about horsemanship. We don't teach riding, horse care, horse management skills at all. They are about self development and leadership, communication and change management skills. Horses are excellent teachers of the Universal Powers of Leadership – Presence, Communication and Position. They will follow us willingly when we are fully present and our communication is clear. They are experts in body language and always know whether we mean what we say…or are just saying the words without any real intention.
