Everything is tailored to your needs, programmes, and socio-political context. I work exclusively with participatory, decolonial, intersectional, and inclusive approaches. It is grounded in your communities' realities, centres their expertise, and is culturally appropriate and relevant. It follows The RADIQUAL Manifesto and Framework, a methodology I designed in 2018. RADIQUAL stands for Reflective, Anti-Racist, Decolonial, Intersectional and Inclusive, Queer, United, Adaptive and Anti-Oppression, and Liberatory.
