Members are provided with opportunities to promote access to justice across the country. These include placements in law centres, educating vulnerable members of society on their legal rights, and volunteering for charities across Bristol and London. The PBS exists for advocates of access to justice and true equality under the law.The Pro Bono Society is not exclusive to law students, however, being a law society, we explore how the power of law can and should be harnessed to attain justice for those in need of representation. Fighting for justice may mean supporting someone through oral advocacy; it may mean the act of helping fill out a form, still making a voice heard through this.
