As we have seen during the COVID-19 pandemic, a positive mental state is harder to maintain as we are isolated from social interactions. Uintegrate serves as a support system for those who like reading, engaging in self-care activities, and wish to interact with fellow students outside of the classroom to combat isolation! Uintegrate serves as a support system for those who like reading, engaging in self-care activities, and wish to interact with fellow students outside of the classroom to combat isolation! In Uintegrate, we read at least one peer-reviewed article per semester based on various mental health topics and discuss them. [In short– We are a mini book club (but with short free articles) that love to plan fun activities!] Whether you are a first-year student, an international student new to Canada or any other student looking for a social gathering, all are welcome to participate in Uintegrate events.
