Valdonica is located in the hills of Maremma – in Southern Tuscany in Italy. Grapes and hearts are spoilt by the magic view across rolling hills, the fertile flatlands and the blue sparkling Mediterranean Sea. This is where we planted 17 hectars/ 40 acres of vineyards in virgin soil – all organic and biologic. We focus on Sangiovese, the grape originating from here. Wines mature in barrique, stainless steel and amphora – in our newly built Cantina. BACIOLO has been #1 Sangiovese in Maremma Toscana in 2022.We offer guestrooms in Cantina and Capo Pagiano – with a MAGIC VIEW across vinyards all the way to the Mediterranean Sea with its islands of Elba and Giglio.
