Virtual Systems Engineering (VSE) responds to the return of manufacturing to the United States, and to the need for reduced testing and manufacturing costs, especially with circuit boards, which exist in nearly every product that uses electricity, from cell phones to missiles. With an initial focus on defense and power industries, VSE provides services and customized software in the form of PREVIEW which is used for visualization, simulation, and analysis of circuit boards and electromechanical products. According to current R&D industry partners, PREVIEW is a game-changer for advanced manufacturing technology. VSE will provide 1) custom software development targeting specific customer needs/problems, 2) services in the form of in-house case studies, and 3) license sales, maintenance, training, and support.
