We keep our food sourced within a 500 mile radius unless it's an extra special item. We think the quality of products reflects ourselves, so we seek out the best products available to us in this area! These products are then prepared simply with local Applewood and mesquite charcoal! Our food is served family style and is meant to be shared, let your server know if you prefer something different.
