Wensum.net is a website design and hosting business with offices in the town centre of Fakenham, Norfolk. Established as a commercial webdesign business since 1997, we specialise in creating bespoke websites for small and medium sized business across Norfolk and the UK. We provide a professional and personal service and tend to develop long-term business relationships with our clients.Our websites are bespoke (not templates) and are created using Wordpress, originally blogging software, but now evolved into a sophisticated and versatile content management system. This allows our clients to update and expand their own web content . Google loves Wordpress sites and they tend to do well in search engine results.Our clients are mostly small and medium size businesses, but also include NHS, local government, community groups and individuals. We've forged extensive business links in our local region via Fakenham Area Business Comminity of which we're founder members. This allows us to share valuable business intelligence to our clients and gives them a head-start in networking with complimentary companies.We currently host clients' sites in three datacentre locations across the UK (we don't use US servers). All hosting uses the powerful industry-standard control panel, CPanel. This means that sites can be easily migrated between servers if need be. CPanel also enables our clients to control their own email facilities and provides them with useful website visitor statistics.
