Williams Wildland Fire Services (also known as WWFS) is an Florida-based Limited Liability Company (LLC) providing a diverse range of natural resources and emergency services oriented solutions to the federal government; state, county, and municipal governments; non-governmental organizations; and private landowners. WWFS is strategically located for national response in the southern U.S. in addition to being 100% Minority and Woman owned and operated. The owners, operators, and employees of WWFS collectively possess advanced degrees in natural resources management; advanced NWCG, ICS, and NIMS qualifications; as well as decades of experience as public servants in the wildland fire service.Williams Wildland Fire Services, LLC is a government contractor which specializes in wild land fire suppression and prescribed burning using Type 6 Engines based in Lake City, Florida; which is located 100 miles from the Headquarters for the US Forest Service National Forest in Florida, and where the Florida Interagency Coordination Center is located, Florida also holds inside its wonderful fortress, three beautiful national forests (Apalachicola, Osceola, and Ocala).
