The WoMoz(Women in Mozilla) is an organization that enables the members of different open source projects to interact and contribute. We focus exclusively on increasing the degree of women's participation and visibility in Mozilla and open-source projects. Alternatively, we pay attention to improving women's trust in contributing to open source projects and expanding the number of contributors. Above all, we believe that women can actively participate in this open-source project, without taking facts as a woman as very young or as old as possible into account. Women should be able to engage in open source projects and enterprise without paying attention to society's misconceptions. We believe that all contributors should have access to the internet, FOSS projects, and related tools. The most needed feature is to facilitate access to them. The shared desire to promote and improve women's engagement and involvement in open sourcing projects unifies our culture, our family. As Mozilla's manifesto points out, we presume that a particular person should be able to configure the characteristics of the internet and be able to face up to the challenges presented by the internet. We must, therefore, enable everyone to receive the best prices, the experience they experience, the trust they achieve and the knowledge they get. This is the perfect place to share innovative and creative ideas and to incorporate them. Anyone can contribute to open source projects. Our shared view is that more women are required by the open-source.
