Our real estate team has extensive financing, management and development experience, with the single largest real estate asset being valued at circa £500m.We have managed companies as both advisors and private equity partners and have a successful track record of turnarounds of companies, funds and leveraged projects. The establishment of our Asset Management business was a natural progression which drew on the foundations of our private investments and advisory practices and it continues to grow, becoming a successful and focused investment choice to private clients, discretionary managers, family offices and trustees.
