Provo Rehab has therapy gyms, a memory care unit, long-term units, a short-term rehab floor, and a respiratory unit. Our team includes dedicated Nurses (RNs & LPNs), CNAs, Respiratory Therapists, Housekeepers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Laundry Staff, Activities Assistants, and Dietary Professionals.
