Energia as an organisation offers a US based program "Structure of Intellect"​ model which enhances the curriculum learning abilities of individual students. ESOI identifies and measures 90 human cognitive abilities. These abilities lay the foundation for the acquisition of specific academic skills. In this sense there is a natural transition for ESOI abilities to related academic and practical skills; ESOI training can be viewed as preparatory for acquiring curriculum content.
