Healthy Minds Counseling Services is a private practice office offering in person services in San Diego and telehealth services throughout CA. We offer a wide range of services in a warm, neutral, and therapeutic space that helps clients experience emotional growth and healing.Our mental health providers treat a number of mental health concerns. Our goal is to help clients grow from personal struggles, heal from pain, and empower them to thrive in their own lives and improve their relationships.Our education and clinical experience enables us to offer effective and individualized psychological care. We do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy and we tailor our treatment to meet the needs of our clients.
