I-proMedia was set up in 2005 and work within the Telecoms and technology market place working with customers to improve the efficiency and profitability of their business by the utilisation of modern technology and business processes.The business has become the Worldwide Master Distributor for the ipgenie product range and we are now installing this new wave of telephony throughout the UK and moving into Europe and North America. Using latest SIP technology and IP telephony the ipgenie is really taking the industry by storm and being recognised as the market leader within this field. We are currently working with a number of distributors and looking to increase the network within the UK and Europe, working with chosen partners within their given area we intend to limit the quantity of distributors so they all receive the level of support they require.I-proMedia also have a division specialising the develop of bespoke software, in today's market place off-the-shelf software no longer aids a business as in most cases the business process is adjusted to work within the parameters of the purchased software, how ever working with I-proMedia, we review current practises and look at existing processes and advise and design software that truly improves business efficiency, with all develop work completed in-house we can offer a tailored solutionI always welcome hearing from old colleagues from previous lives and would love to hear from any of you.
