For underpinning applications, micro-fine cement grouting offers the advantage of being easily performed where access and space is limited.  Unlike other shoring methods, grouting has little to no impact on surrounding structures, and is an ideal solution when neighbouring properties may be of concern.  It is a useful method of protecting adjacent structures without disruption.
