Incom Resources Recovery (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. It is a national circular economy pilot unit and an executive director of China Packaging Federation. It processes 50,000 tons of waste PET beverage bottles annually,and produces 30,000 tons of clean polyester chips and 20,000 tons of ultra-clean polyester chips.With an emission of approximately 160,000 tons of carbon dioxide.In the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the INCOM recycling plant became the designated recycling and processing unit for waste PET bottles in the Beijing Olympic venues at that time.
