As an independent consultant, I offer my services (cloud migration, data governance, agile business transformation, offshore migration of all or part of IT activities, etc.) to decision-makers, assisting them in defining their IT strategy, transformation plan, and associated business plans and P&L.I assist or take charge of project management, working closely with decision-makers, end-users, software vendors, development teams, and operations teams in: * Solution integration (ERP, WMS, CMS, CRM, Data platform, Data Visualization, Data Catalog, API management, RPA, AI, etc.) * Software development (agile, waterfall, or hybrid approach) in Java/.Net/Python/Azure/GCP environments * Support and maintenance services (following ITIL principles and transitioning to DevOps), including defining and/or monitoring BCP/DRP * Change management, by defining and monitoring migration/deployment plans, training, communication, and potentially obtaining certification (ISO 27001, etc.).
