Inner Light Wellbeing is a Health and Wellbeing Community Interest Company based in the Northeast of England that provides Health and Wellbeing Support for anyone who lives within the areas of Gateshead, Durham, Newcastle, Northumberland, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland and is suffering from mental health problems due to their personal circumstances. Specifically bereavement and carers, of loved ones who are ill, disabled, suffering challenging behaviour or have additional needs, and require support and educated on the relevance of self-care for their mental health and wellbeing, enabling them to be at their best for dealing with their daily challenges.
