The Swedish − Iraqi Network for Studies is a scientific, cultural and humanitarian project that was established in May 2019 and is based in the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Lund in Sweden. The network seeks to improve the educational process in Iraqi universities and support researchers by preparing programs, seminars, workshops and solid research to ensure knowledge exchange, raising the scientific level academically and practically, and providing support to researchers. On the twenty-second of August 2020, the network launched twelve global scientific forums, one of which is the "Global Forum for Renewable Energies".The forum includes a group of academics with high scientific competencies and experiences, holders of doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees, with various academic titles, and membership in the forum continues and increases daily.
