Mama&Baby Store was started by Manny & Sarah, a couple with different abilities. They have endured setbacks and encountered adversities because of being different. They were laid off several times, sidelined and constructively dismissed once companies realized they had challenges therefore performed at different levels than their piers, but they never gave up.They were advised not to have children, but fought against all odds until they got pregnant with their first child. Mama&Baby store idea started when Sarah faced a lot of challenges finding maternity wear. They garnered support from individuals who volunteer working with and mentoring people with challenges, money was raised, technical services were sought and other people just volunteered their time to assist with getting the store started.Mama&Baby Store is a completely online store. It has taken quite a bit of time to put it all together but it's now being launched online from Aug 4th 2022. It's not perfect, but we are asking people to show some kindness, ignore errors and just have fun browsing and shopping 🛍. Manny & Sarah are grateful to all the people who have volunteered their time, donated money and even those who gave constructive criticism to make this a possibility. Five percent (5%) from the realized profits will be donated to Hutton House London ON, Canada, a company that assists people with different challenges to secure employment and other services.
