San Mauro is a 250-hectare Italian farm located in Piacenza, Emilia Romagna, which produces tomatoes and wheat.We produce about 100 Ha of tomato and 100 Ha of wheat per year.From 2017 we have decided to commission Direct Labeling of Private Label of our products to propose them to the International Market.As for tomato, our production consists of a range of preserves such as Finely Chopped Tomato, Chopped Tomato in 400 gr, 3 kg and 5 kg tin. Types of processing have been specifically selected to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of tomato varieties typical of our production area.Obviously both preserves and flours are obtained from the exclusive and direct processing of our tomatoes and wheat respectively.Following a careful selection of the wheat varieties characteristic of our areas, in 2017 we made a 00 flour ideal for bread making, for the doughs of focaccia and pizza, for pastryThis means real-time traceability, direct guarantees from seed to table (we select the seed type based on the best varieties for our land, we cultivate in an integrated fight regime - since 2017 also in organic conversion - and we rely only on processing Certified establishments), processed and packaged within 2 hours from tomato harvest, and last but not least, a direct importer-producer link.
