The Lady Bay Pop Up Cafe is me, Virender Rose. Inspired by my childhood love of home-cooked food, I create baked goods, beverages & artisan Indian meals from my kitchen in the heart of Nottingham's Lady Bay neighbourhood.I've been professionally developing food and beverage ranges for all of the supermarkets all my working life, and decided during the pandemic that I should turn my passion & dream into a business - making the wholesome, tasty dishes that my family loves for sale to the public. My mission for my Pop Up is to provide food that's authentic, exciting, innovative, healthy and affordable. Vegan dishes feature boldly on my menus. I'm also committed to sustainability - minimising waste and using environmentally friendly packaging. The Lady Bay Pop Up Cafe has a 5* Food Hygiene rating from Rushcliffe Borough Council
