My main goal is to help clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I focus on nutritional healing for eating disorders, negative body image, emotional eating, weight management and diabetes. I provide virtual nutrition counseling for anyone who wants to start respecting their body and loving their food. I understand the struggle of finding an experienced clinician that understands the complexities of treating eating issues in rural communities. My hope is that I can help bridge the gap between the person struggling with eating/body image issues and receiving experienced and knowledgeable guidance, locally.
