Hi! I'm Lin Pernille Kristensen, the owner and lead photographer of Lin Pernille Photography. I'm based in Westchester County in Hudson Valley, just north of NYC & North Jersey, but I'll travel just about anywhere for a wedding! I fell in love with wedding photography & video when I shot my first wedding at 18 years old. When I was 20 years old, during my junior year in college, I knew that I had found my passion and decided to incorporate my business. Since then, I have been lucky enough to capture countless weddings & events of a wide variety of cultures, sizes, and styles. There's no greater honor than to be able to photograph a couple's happiest day, and for that reason I take my job very seriously. I will always strive to capture the mood, style, and all the important moments to the best of my abilities, while being attentive yet unobtrusive, and making the couple feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole day. When I'm not shooting or editing, I'm probably redecorating my condo, trying out a new recipe, weightlifting with my boyfriend, or going to a country night with my friends. I love sipping on a good cup of loose leaf tea or french press coffee while I work. My life goal is to visit all 7 continents (only Africa & Australia to go!). I'm very passionate about being a small business owner and love sharing that passion with others any chance I get.
