Little People Nutrition was created by Mandy dos Santos over 6 years ago as an avenue to explore family and childhood nutrition in more depth.This led to Mandy to create a platform with a mission of nurturing the love of food in children, at home and at school.Our goal at Little People Nutrition is to create resources for educators and parents which empower and inspire. To enhance their know-how and understanding of where food comesfrom, how it is raised and grown, and how to cook it.These resources are in the form of stories, videos, books, workshops, cooking classes, recipes, childcare menus, and informative and interactive posts.
