Nadrasca is a disability support organisation in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne helping people live their lives, their way. We make no assumptions about the best way to support people – we are guided by the individual. Life is a journey of discovery, and our purpose is to help people along that journey.We support more than 300 people to achieve their personal and professional goals through a diverse range of supports and services including accommodation (Supported Independent Living and Outreach), day programs and activities, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), supported employment and support coordination.We are a values-based organisation nurturing a culture founded on service quality, responsiveness, collaboration and respect for others. Nadrasca requires all team members to be open, flexible and receptive to new ideas and ways of working, and actively supportive of one another with respect to achieving the best outcomes for our participants.
