iTEE Global (Internet Theological Education by Extension) serves institutions (churches, missions, schools) seeking to create capability and build capacity for the training of their own leaders by owning and controlling their own program. The teaching arm of iTEE Global, iTEE University, offers three levels of training: Certificate, Diploma, and Associate of Arts Degree in Ministry. Over 70 courses are available in English for these three programs.The courses are available through regular local in-person group meetings, fully online courses, and combining both online and in-person teaching.iTEE Global offers courses in ten global languages and adds courses in new languages as able. In addition, while the meaning stays intact, speaking someone's language includes cultural and contextual adaptation.Use of blended learning for leadership development has been demonstrated as a sound and flexible method of delivering training globally.We are comprised of servant leaders and stewards striving to bring relationally-driven biblical ministry education to church leaders lacking access to it.
