Expect 50 minutes of this music driven, muscle shaking, total body workout!The Core (LP) story starts with Founder and Instructor, Judy Pagryzinski. When she was training for her first half marathon in Los Angeles, she stumbled upon the Megaformer and instantly fell in love. The high energy music, how it toned her abs, and the fact that after years of using the method, there was no plateau in sight, were just a few of the reasons Judy couldn't wait to bring the power of the Mega to Metro-Detroit. As a school teacher, she found the Megaformer was one of the few times when she could truly turn off the noise of the outside world and tune in to what her body could do. Ever since, she has sworn by the Lagree Method and loves to teach and train others about its many mental and physical benefits.Judy has a Masters in Education and has been a Certified Level 1 (Level 2 Coming soon!) for over 6 years. She was the Master Instructor at the Bloomfield Hills location of SLT and also taught and fell in love with the Megaformer at The Studio (mdr) in Los Angeles. She has trained through NASM and taught bootcamps, HIIT style classes, kickboxing, and strengthening classes for almost 10 years. She is so excited to bring "Sexy-Back" to the Metro-Detroit area for 1-on-1 Megaformer.
